Visual Arts

Art has, for many years, been a way for me to understand the material and immaterial world around me. I started with pencil drawings of buildings and maps, then slowly moved into paint, ink, and charcoal. I enjoy acrylic paint the most, but continue experimenting in other mediums while I attempt to broaden my understanding and styles. While earning an associate's degree, I spent time learning analog and digital photography where I developed (pun intended) a fascination with lighting, or a lack of it.
